Delivery Details

Orders received on our website before 4pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched same-day via DPD or Parcel Force. Orders later than 4pm, over weekends or public holidays are normally dispatched the following working day.

Maximum weight per parcel = 30kg
Commercial chains = approx 30kg per pair
Passenger car chains = approx 5kg per pair
4x4/Van = approx 10kg

Arranging your delivery:
Couriers collect from us Monday-Friday. Orders made on a weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, for orders made on bank holidays dispatch would be the next normal working day. Your order will be delivered 8am-6pm Monday-Friday unless otherwise arranged with us by phone.

The carrier will require:
(1) Home or business address (2) Contact name (3) Day time phone number (mobile preferable) 

Non arrival of goods:
If your goods have not arrived within the timescale set out above please call us on 01732 360638.

Out of stock items:
We will let you know if goods are not in stock and will advise expected delivery date.
You can choose to wait for goods to arrive, select an alternative or request a full refund.

International Delivery
We can send to countries beyond those listed here, please contact us for details.

**Free UK Delivery on orders over £100
Mainland UK Only, excludes highlands & islands. 'In-stock' items only. Free delivery requires £100 of product value after any discounts (e.g. If order value is £99, but the delivery price takes the total over 100 we regret that does not qualify to make the delivery free).

***Next working day delivery 
This cannot always be 100% guaranteed. As with all couriers, occasional delays may occur for reasons beyond their control, in which case the goods should arrive the next working day. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays arising from matters outside our control.

We are unable to deliver to the following countries:
Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Turkey, Malta, Croatia, Serbia & Bosnia, Iceland. (And any other country at our discretion.) 

VAT-Free Orders
If you are off-shore and wish to pay VAT-free please call us to order - our website does not allow VAT removal and we cannot refund VAT retrospectively. 

Please Note:  During busy periods it may take 1 working day to process your order. And when ordering close to Christmas, please be aware couriers may be behind schedule with their deliveries (so please order in plenty of time for your trip!).
