Receiving faulty or damaged goods
In the unlikely event that you receive goods damaged in transit or faulty goods please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will either offer a full refund, exchange the goods or replace the faulty or damaged part. Please open all packages with care and keep the packaging in case goods need to be returned. 

Please remember that you will be responsible for the goods until we receive them back.

Sizing problems (items not fitting)
If you intend to return an item due to a sizing issue, please do not return the product before contacting us because we have a process to triage theses cases and resolve it. This can happen for two reasons: (a) item doesn't seem to fit tyre; or (2) item doesn't seem to fit the vehicle (due to clearance between tyre and obstructions, or due to lack of hand access to fit it).

Regrettably tyre sizes are not exact measurements because tyres vary by model and with wear, so like shoe sizes, chain sizing is not an exact science which is why we recommend trial fitting (without driving on them). Then if you think they aren't a good fit please contact us so we can investigate and resolve it.

Returns

Please comply with the following:
Keep the goods in an unused and unmarked condition with the original packaging, then contact us by e-mail or phone to confirm your intention.

  • Return the goods within 7 days unused and in the original packaging for a full refund less outbound delivery cost. 
  • Return the goods between 8 and 28 days of the delivery date, the returned items will incur a re-stocking fee of 20% and any outgoing delivery cost.
  • Beyond 28 days = Part exchange only.

Please include some paperwork so we can identify the sender.
For peace of mind either return them yourself or ensure you use a delivery method that requires a signature.

Warranty
All Konig products are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. All other products are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. To claim under the manufacturer warranty, any defects must be identified prior to use and reported to us via email. 

Free Delivery
For customers who opt for free delivery, the cost we incur with the courier to send your product(s) becomes payable in the event you return your product(s), because there is then no profit from the sale from which to pay the courier, so that courier cost will be deducted from your refund.
