You can order products for collection from our location, just select 'collect from shop' in the delivery options during checkout.
Items in stock can be collected at relatively short notice, but where possible please give us 24-48 hours to process and pick your order. If any item is not in stock we would aim to contact you within that timeframe to discuss options.
DPD can also deliver to local collection points, neighbours, or a 'safe place' - these are among the options they present via their delivery notifications. Just select courier delivery during checkout, and then follow the link in their email or SMS to select one of their alternative delivery options, or download the DPD app. If you don't receive an SMS or email from DPD, your consignment number is usually emailed to you with a VAT invoice when your order is processed (this will be on the next working day after you order if it's out of office hours, a weekend or bank holiday).
