- A returns reference number must be displayed on the outside of the parcel.
- Goods must be in an unused and unmarked condition with the original packaging.
- If you cannot return the item in-person, please use a delivery method that requires proof-of-delivery.
Return Timeframes:
*Snow socks or snow chains that have been taken to Europe where they are a legal compliance requirement are considered to have been used. Consumer law provides a 14 day cooling off period, however this does not apply when buying an insurance or compliance product where the cover starts in less than 14 days.
- Within 14 days *unused and in the original packaging for a full refund less outbound delivery cost.
- Between 15 and 28 days of the delivery date, the returned items will incur a re-stocking fee of 20%
- Beyond 28 days we are only able to offer part exchange.
