Řetězárna (literally meaning "Chain Factory") Česká Třebová s.r.o., based in Vamberk, operates as a specialized manufacturer focusing on supplementary grip devices and winter mobility solutions. As a subsidiary of Pewag Group, one of the largest snow chain companies in the World, they have extensive resources, technology and experience at their disposal to develop market leading products.
GoSoft was created with the aim of supporting motorists in meeting their winter equipment obligations through the use of SGD (supplementary grip devices), intended to be fitted on the driving wheels of vehicles when tyres fail to provide grip on snowy road surfaces. The GoSoft brand emerged as a response to evolving European regulations and safety standards for winter driving equipment. GoSoft snow socks are approved (except in Austria) according to the new European standard EN 16662-1:2020, as alternatives to snow chains, positioning the brand at the forefront of modern winter traction technology.
