Hi Adrian. Just returned from the alps having used the polar chains you supplied for my 2008 Mazda 6: tyre size 205/60-16. Perfect! If you have any other queries ref this make and model, please recommend this chain. Worked perfectly in snow and ice going to and leaving resort at belleplagne. I'm going to contact my Mazda dealer and pass this info on as they were unsure about exactly what to recommend. Thanks for all the helpful advice.

Janet, You may recall that just before Christmas last year you were kind enough to leave some chains out for collection in the middle of the night. The plan worked to perfection. That was me and we made it to Switzerland with some fairly heavy and settled snow over the last 100 miles - and were very grateful to have the chains on board. I did send you a quick e-mail from Switzerland to thank you for your kindness, innovativeness and efficiency as you made a real difference. It's just come to light that the e-mail didn't send and has languished in a Swiss unsent box for three months. So belatedly, many thanks!

Just bought some snow chains and the person who helped me was fantastic! Excellent product knowledge, which I find rare nowadays (most people are simple order takers). She knew how the chains were manufactured (which effects the price), the fact that some cars can suffer from lack of clearance, and can talk about tyre sizes too! I found her advice excellent and invaluable.

I did the usual trawl of the internet looking for the cheapest (who doesn't) but after speaking with Jan didnt bother to look any further. She made the sale and a very happy customer.. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone in the future. Very well done.
